Food & Beverage
All food and beverage items (coffee, syrups, etc.) are final sale — no returns or refunds, due to their perishable nature.

If something arrives damaged or you have any quality concerns, email us at bearandswancoffee@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Merchandise
Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
